CA19-9
High affinity IgG1 monoclonal antibodies specific for sialylated Lewisa (ie, the CA19-9 epitopes). The monoclonal antibodies have an affinity of 1-5x109 determined by solid-phase binding to CA19-9 mucin.
These antibodies are all of the IgG1 isotype, and can be used in different combinations, depending on the preferred assay configuration for the development of fast and sensitive assays for the determination of CA19-9 antigen.
