Peter Minetti
Vice-President, Quality/Regulatory Compliance
As vice president of quality and regulatory compliance, Pete is responsible for implementing and maintaining corporate quality standards. He also oversees policies, procedures, and methods to ensure that all products manufactured and distributed meet Fujirebio Diagnostics, Inc. and FDA quality system requirements. Pete most recently served as director of quality and regulatory compliance for Fujirebio Diagnostics, where Pete managed all elements of the quality system. Pete built, implemented, and managed a quality system that continues to comply with the FDA’s Quality System Regulation, and achieved certification for meeting ISO9001/13485 standards.
Prior to joining Fujirebio Diagnostics, Pete was employed by Biopool International as manager of quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), and regulatory affairs (RA). For more than 13 years previous, he worked for Organon Teknika, where he served as manager of QA, QC, and RA, and as manufacturing manager. Pete also managed manufacturing, distribution, data processing, and regulatory activities for Coulter Immunology and served in numerous management and technical capacities with Pfizer Diagnostics, Ortho Diagnostics, and the United States Public Health Service.
Pete holds certifications from the American Society for Quality as quality manager, quality engineer, and quality auditor; and from the American Production and Inventory Control Society in production and inventory management and in integrated resource management. Pete earned a BS from City College of New York.
