Jennifer Magrowski
Vice President, Human Resources
and Communications
As Vice President of human resources and communications, Jenni oversees all aspects of human resources, from managing salary administration and employee benefits, to recruitment and employment programs, and all Fujirebio Diagnostics, Inc. internal corporate communications.
Jenni was responsible for creating the human resources department in 1999, shortly after Fujirebio, Inc. bought the company from Centocor, Inc. Jenni spearheaded initiatives to recruit Fujirebio Diagnostics staff at all levels, implemented benefit and compensation programs, developed policies and procedures, formed strategic HR direction, selected and implemented HRIS software, and handled overall employee relations.
Jenni has more than 20 years experience in human resources management. Prior to joining Fujirebio Diagnostics, Jenni was assistant vice president of human resources for the Illinois-based National Association of Independent Insurers. Jenni is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and other professional affiliations. She holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources designation.
Jenni received her MA in human resources management from the Keller Graduate School of Management and a BS in personnel management from Millikin University.
